A homemade explosive device (HME) was detonated in the vicinity of the Iraqi telecommunications company Earthlink building, situated within the Al-Arsat district in Karrada, central Baghdad. The detonation resulted in no reported injuries, but caused material damage to the company’s external structure, according to a local source. In response to the incident, security forces promptly cordoned off the site and initiated an investigation. This incident marks the second in a series of attacks on internet services within the past 24 hours.
