Syrian soldiers killed and injured in a terrorist attack in the desert

A militant group thought to be linked to terrorist cells launched an attack on Syrian Arab Army and allied forces in the Syrian desert (Badia) near the Homs-Hama-Raqqa triangle, resulting in the death of 21 people and injuries to 9.
