Two people were killed and five others were wounded when an attacker hurled an improvised incendiary device on a bus in Dakar. The bus was traveling from the suburbs to the center of Dakar when it was blocked by a group of people. A group of hooded youths boarded the bus and insulted the bus driver, while one lit the device and threw it.
