A northern Chinese urban area was enveloped by a layer of yellow smoke due to the release of acidic materials from a storage facility owned by a Company that produces items for children. The occurrence unfolded in Xingtai within the Hebei province. The Fire Department and other Authorities effectively managed the situation, with no reported injuries.
