What happened

The Agriculture and Food Board (PTA) discovered that a batch of carrots grown in Egypt and imported to Estonia by wholesaler Karlskroona OÜ, contains hazardous levels of pesticide residue. The impacted product is specifically the lot number 78344, consisting of fresh carrots originating from Egypt.
