US Navy- Brown University Agreement to Develop Protection for High-Speed Craft Operators

An agreement has been signed between the US Navy and Brown University with the aim of developing solutions to safeguard high-speed craft (HSC) operators from challenging environmental conditions. The joint initiative focuses on identifying technologies that can protect sailors from various issues, such as recurring mechanical shocks, while navigating in open waters. Researchers, engineers, and scientists from the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) will collaborate with counterparts from Brown University to facilitate these endeavors.
