What happened

According to the region’s governor ‘s statement, 20 people, have been killed and food aid destroyed after militants group al-Shabab attacked several vehicles in Somalia’s central Hiiraan region. In accordance with BBC Somali service, the Islamist militant group al-Shabab has said it was targeting a government-affiliated armed group.
