3 people were injured when a public service vehicle they were traveling in ran over an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) in Mandera East.
Police said the 3 were en route to Mandera Town from Elwak when an IED that had been set on the roadside went off.
The explosion was the third in 2 weeks to happen in the area.
