The Italian Ministry of Health has announced the precautionary recall of three raw milk cheeses, initiated by the manufacturer, which has its factory located in Vahrn, in the autonomous province of Bolzano. This measure was adopted due to the suspicion of contamination by Listeria monocytogenes. Purchasers of the dairy product are advised not to consume the cheeses with the batch numbers and expiration dates reported in the notice. Individuals in possession of the affected products are advised to either return them to the point of sale for a refund or dispose of them by the manufacturer’s instructions.
