In Piedmont, three new positive cases of African Swine Fever (ASF) virus have been identified among wild boars, all located in the province of Alessandria: two in Cassinelle (totalling 23 cases), and one in Ovada (28 cases). This raises the total in the region to 681 cases, with no new outbreaks reported on pig farms in the province. In Liguria, no new positive cases were detected among wild boars. The total number of cases in the region remains at 1,044, and the number of municipalities where at least one positive case of ASF has been observed remains stable at 168. With the new cases detected, the total rises to 1,725 cases from the start of the emergency.
