The shooting in Tal Aviv is a terrorist attack, Israeli police have confirmed. 3 Israeli citizens were injured, 1 of which is in serious condition. The bomber, identified as a 22-year-old Palestinian member of Hamas, who initially managed to escape, was later intercepted by officers and killed, police confirmed.
