An explosive device went off near the village of KAITA, about 3 km from KOUI, in the prefecture of Ouham-Pendé. The blast killed 3 peacekeepers from the United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA), Bangladesh Battalion.
