What happened

An Improvised Incendiary Device (IID) was thrown through the window of a restaurant, in central Melbourne, Australia. No injuries were reported. A 39-year-old man was arrested and charged over the attack. The man was captured a short time later before being charged with reckless conduct endangering persons and two counts of arson.
