Explosion at an apartment building in Harbin, China

One person was killed and three others sustained injuries in an explosion that occurred in a residential building in Harbin, the capital of northeast China’s Heilongjiang Province. Local authorities have attributed the blast to an explosion of a gas tank. According to the district’s government, the incident occurred at approximately 7 a.m. in the building in Harbin’s Xiangfang District.
