According to the police, a roadside improvised explosive device (IED) went off in Mamund Tehsil of Bajaur district. The explosion killed one man and injured two others when their vehicle hit the IED planted on the side of the road. The victims were on their way to a nearby area when the IED exploded, destroying the vehicle as well.
