What happened

An explosion of unknown origin occurred in the Dahmzank area near the Kabul Third Police Department. The blast killed three people and injured thirteen others. The investigation team conducted a site visit to the accident scene in order to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the explosion, according to reports in the local press. At the moment no further details of the incident have been disclosed.
