What happened

According to The Africa CDC’s Weekly Event-Based Surveillance Report, the Ministry of Health (MoH) reported three new cases and no new deaths of monkeypox from two regions: Littoral (1) and Sud-Ovest (2). Cumulatively, 14 cases (2 confirmed; 12 suspected) and no deaths (CFR: 7,1%) of mpox have been reported from five of ten regions in Cameroon.
