According to The Africa CDC’s Weekly Event-Based Surveillance Report, the Moh reported 51 new confirmed cases and no new deaths of cholera from 5 districts. this is a 104% increase in number of new cases compared to the last update. Cumulatively, 87 confimed cases and 2 death (CRF:2.3%) of cholera were reported from 12 of 29 districts in the country. This is a protracted outbrak that started in November 2023.
