Health Minister warned Croatian population to avoid drinking carbonated drinks after 4 people were hospitalized. One of the victims reportedly became ill after drinking a Coca-Cola purchased from a vending machine. Two other suspected cases found lesions in the esophagus. The Croatian Institute of Public Health is analyzing samples of the drinks to determine the cause of the symptoms. Coca Cola HBC is also cooperating with Authorities to investigate the incident.
