According to the WHO Weekly Bulletin on Outbreaks and other Emergencies (Week 34: 21 – 27 August 2023), the provinces have recorded 3715 measles cases and 31 deaths as of 8 August 2023. WHO is supporting the Ministry of Health to investigate other cases with similar symptoms.
