A total of 78 cases of Cholera cases, including 39 confirmed cases, 39 suspected and probable cases have been reported in the two affected Districts. A total of 10 deaths (CFR 17%) have been reported, six of which were among confirmed cases. Most of the cases have been reported from Kayunga (58 cases = 74.4%); 33 confirmed, 25 suspected or probable as compared to Namayingo (n=20 cases; 6 confirmed, 14 suspected). All seven deaths have been reported from Kayunga, three of which occurred in the community.
