Date

What happened

Locally transmitted Dengue cases are currently 19 and all are cured or improving. Dengue virus transmission this season is supported by climatic conditions favorable to the proliferation of the Aedes albopictus mosquito, which is now present in much of Europe. In all cases, pest control measures have been implemented, and in areas where local transmission has occurred, all preventive measures planned to protect transplants and transfusions have been activated.
