What happened

At least 14 people were injured when a man rammed a car into pedestrians and then stabbed several people near a subway station in the city of Seongnam, South Korea. The man was subsequently arrested. The head of the National Police Agency described the attack as “practically an act of terrorism”. However, police did not provide any information about a potential motive.
