What happened

An individual sustained injuries during a hand grenade attack targeting a police station in the Kachi Baig area, situated on the periphery of Quetta, Pakistan. Law enforcement officials reported that an unidentified individual on a motorcycle launched a grenade at the Kachi Baig police station, with the subsequent detonation occurring near the entrance. A pedestrian incurred injuries as a result of the explosion and was promptly transported to Civil Hospital Quetta for medical attention. The blast caused damage to the police station’s primary gate and resulted in the shattering of windowpanes; however, no injuries were reported among police personnel present within the station.
