What happened

As reported by ANSA sources, the possibility of an incendiary device being used for terrorist purposes is being investigated in connection with the explosive apparatus discovered in a classroom within the Faculty of Investigation and Security Sciences in Narni, Perugia province, Italy. Preliminary findings indicate that the device comprised a container holding two incendiary bottles (HME), which were found within the aforementioned classroom. The investigation is currently overseen by the Terni Prosecutor’s Office. However, it is anticipated that, as the investigation progresses, responsibility for the case will be transferred to the Counter-Terrorism Unit (CTU) in Perugia. It has been reported that investigators have indicated their belief in the claimed responsibility of anarchists. At present, no supplementary details have been disclosed.
