The Italian Ministry of Health has issued a recall notice regarding two food products due to the presence of Salmonella. The implicated products are organic hulled sunflower seeds and a mixture of seven seeds, which were produced by the same company in two locations: Campadarsego, in the province of Padua, and Villanova Mondovì, in the province of Cuneo. The health authorities have issued a recommendation that the affected products, identified by the batch numbers specified in the recall notification, should not be consumed and should be returned to the point of sale.
