Supermarket ATM explodes near Florence

During the night, an automated teller machine (ATM) located within a supermarket in Barberino Tavernelle, a municipality belonging to the Metropolitan City of Florence, was destroyed by the detonation of an explosive material. The Carabinieri of the Scandicci company have arrived at the location and are currently reviewing footage from video surveillance systems. The total extent of the damages remains to be determined. There were no reported casualties as a result of the explosion.
