Seven passengers of a bus were removed from the vehicle and shot by terrorists in Barkhan, Balochistan. The terrorists stopped the bus at a checkpoint, identified their targets, and then executed them. All victims were from Punjab, and their bodies were transported to Rakni Hospital after the execution. Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti strongly condemned the killings and vowed to bring the perpetrators to justice. Security forces are already on the scene and actively pursuing the terrorist commando. The incident is like a previous attack in the region in August 2024, when militants in the Musakhail district blocked a highway and killed 23 passengers from Punjab. Again, they identified their targets before the execution. The attacks have raised serious concerns about the safety of traveling in Balochistan, and Chief Minister Bugti promised a firm response against the terrorists to reassure the public.
