The only case confirmed in Guyana refers to a 15-year-old female with no history of travel and no need for hospitalisation. Two laboratory-confirmed cases of Oropouche have been reported from the department of Loreto in Peru. In 2025, Ecuador did not report any confirmed cases of OROV.
