France: the Cassation says no to the extradition of 10 former Red Brigades

From the French Court of Cassation comes the no to the extradition of the 10 former Italian red terrorists and therefore to Italy’s request. This was announced by the Supreme Court itself which has rejected “all the appeals presented by the Prosecutor” against the decision of the Paris Court of Appeal which at the end of June had decided not to accept Italy’s request.
