A food alert has been issued by the Italian Ministry of Health on its website following the detection of traces of Salmonella s. Brandenburg in one sample of salami and Listeria monocytogenes in another product sample by microbiological method. In the aforementioned warnings, it is recommended that no charcuterie products from the specified lot be consumed. Consumers who have purchased the affected products are advised to return them to the point of sale.
