Seven dead, five injured in a terrorist attack in J&K

A terrorist attack in Ganderbal, Jammu and Kashmir, has left seven people dead and five others injured. Terrorists opened fire on a tunnel construction work camp in the Gund area. Among the deceased there is also a doctor from Kashmir. The authorities launched search operations to capture the attackers. Prime Minister Omar Abdullah condemned the attack, calling it cowardly, and expressed his condolences to the victims. This attack follows a similar incident in which a laborer from Bihar was found dead in Shopian.
