According to the WHO “Weekly Bulletin on Outbreaks and other Emergencies” (Week 39: 19 – 25 September 2022), Mushindano District in North-western Province is currently responding to a Measles outbreak. As of 4 September 2022, 138 measles cases and 3 suspected deaths have been reported. WHO is supporting the Ministry of Health investing other cases with similar symptoms.
