Eight policemen, one civilian killed in suicide attack on Balochistan Constabulary van in Bolan

Nine people, including eight policemen and a civilian, were killed in a suicide attack on a Balochistan police van in Dhadar Tehsil of Kacchi district in Bolan. Pakistani Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah stated that no organisation had claimed responsibility for the attack. However, official sources reported a surge of terrorist attacks across the country in recent months, particularly against the police in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and in the border areas with Afghanistan.
