According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, an explosive device went off in a vehicle in the eastern Syrian province of Deir ez-Zor. The blast took place near an Iranian cultural center and killed two Iran-backed fighters.
Government forces and pro-Iran militias have imposed a security cordon around the attack site. No one claimed responsibility for the attack.
