What happened

An explosive device was detonated near the Administrative Office of Ward No. 5 and the municipal chairman’s residence in Pathein Town, Ayeyarwady region (Myanmar). The explosion caused an unidentified number of victims. According to local sources, there have been no claims by revolutionary groups in the Pathein Town area. Currently, the perpetrators of the attack have remained unknown.
