What happened

U.S. experts have stated that North Korea has developed devices capable of spreading deadly diseases such as smallpox and anthrax. A report from the U.S. State Department indicates that North Korea can produce biological agents for military purposes, with the technical expertise to create bacteria, viruses, and toxins that could be used as biological weapons.

The more alarming aspect is that North Korea has the industrial infrastructure to mass-produce these weapons, as well as the means to disseminate them through missiles, drones, aircraft, and other delivery systems.
