What happened

Subject Matter experts from Allied Joint Force Command Naples conducted a Mobile Training Team to Morocco with an emphasis on Counter Improvised Explosive Devise (C-IED) to include Intel support to C-IED, at l’Unité de Secours et de Sauvetage du Génie Militaire in Kenitra. The training focused on NATO C-IED processes and procedures with practical and focused C-IED case studies and scenarios at the operational level. The team of three instructors from JFC Naples trained and mentored 25 officers of the Royal Moroccan Armed Forces on the C-IED field at the operational level. The JFCNP training team enjoyed productive engagement with their hosts, the Royal Moroccan Armed Forces, who fully embraced the valuable learning opportunity.
