What happened

Greenvolt Next, a unit of Portuguese renewable energy company Greenvolt, announced that it will install 14 MWp of solar panels for local chemical company Bondalti. The company will install 24,720 photovoltaic (PV) panels within the unit located in the municipality of Estarreja, Portugal. They will satisfy part of the factory’s energy needs as, once installed, the solar panels will be able to generate 21,049 MWh per year.
